The Mainland of China : "Notice on Cancelling the Record Item of Paid-up Capital" of Shenzhen

The Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality (MSASZ) issued on 13 February 2015 the notice on cancelling the record item of paid-up capital, which took effect from 1 March 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
