The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Safety (Second Ratification Draft of Revision Draft)"

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (SCNPC) is seeking public comments on the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Safety (Second Ratification Draft of Revision Draft)". The deadline for submission of comments is 19 January 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the second ratification draft of revision draft (available in Chinese only). Interested parties may submit their comments to SCNPC (please refer to Appendix for contact details).
