The Mainland of China : Administrative Provisions on the Dissemination of Information on Dangerous Goods on the Internet

The Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China (MPS), the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT), the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China (MEP), the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China (SAIC) and the State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) jointly issued on 5 February 2015 the "Administrative Provisions on the Dissemination of Information on Dangerous Goods on the Internet", which took effect on 1 March 2015.
