The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Specifications of Labour Contract (Consultation Draft)", the "Specifications of Collective Contract (Consultation Draft)" and the "Specifications of Workflow of Collective Contract Examination (Consultation Draft)"

The Chinese Academy of Labour and Social Security (CALSS) is seeking public comments on the "Specifications of Labour Contract (Consultation Draft)", the "Specifications of Collective Contract (Consultation Draft)" and the "Specifications of Workflow of Collective Contract Examination (Consultation Draft)". The deadline for submission of comments is 31 March 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the consultation drafts. Interested parties may send their comments by e-mail, fax or post (please refer to the Appendix for details) to the CALSS.
