The Mainland of China : "Implementation Rules on Implementing the Differential Entry Requirements for Environmental Protection to Facilitate the Coordination of Regional Development of Foshan"

The Foshan Environmental Protection Bureau (FEPB) and the Foshan Development and Reform Bureau (FDRB) jointly issued a notice on 31 December 2014 to promulgate the "Implementation Rules on Implementing the Differential Entry Requirements for Environmental Protection to Facilitate the Coordination of Regional Development of Foshan", which took effect from 1 February 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
