The State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China (SIPO) is seeking public comments on the "Revision Draft on the Measures for Patent Administrative Enforcement (Consultation Draft)". The deadline for submission of comments is 15 March 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
