The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOC) issued Notice Nos. 97/2014 and 98/2014 on 31 December 2014, announcing the "2015 Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Export Licensing Administration and the Respective Approving Authorities" and the "2015 Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Import Licensing Administration and the Respective Approving Authorities", both of which took effect on 1 January 2015.
