Commercial Information Circular No. 137/2015

The Mainland of China : "Catalogue on Administration of Waste Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products (2014 Edition)"

The National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China (NDRC), the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China (MEP), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT), the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China (MOF), the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GAC) and the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) issued on 9 February 2015 the notice to promulgate the "Catalogue on Administration of Waste Electrical Appliances and Electronic Products (2014 Edition)", which will take effect from 1 March 2016.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
