The Mainland of China : Supplementary Notice Concerning Issues on the Taxation Policy for Supporting and Promoting the Business Start-up and Employment of Focus Groups
The Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China (MoF), the State Administration of Taxation (SAT), the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China (MOHRSS) and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (MoE) jointly issued on 27 January 2015 a supplementary notice concerning issues on the taxation policy for supporting and promoting the business start-up and employment of focus groups, which took effect on the date of promulgation. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
