The China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) is seeking public comments on the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China (Revision Draft for Consultation)". The deadline for submission of comments is 8 January 2016. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the letter inviting public comments (available in Chinese only).
