The Commission of Legislative Affairs (CLA) of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress (SCGDPC) is inviting public comments on the "Regulation on Commerce Registration of the Guangdong Province (Second Revision Draft for Consultation)". Please refer to Appendix (pdf format) for the consultation draft (available in Chinese only). Interested parties may send their comments to the CLA of the SCGDPC (please refer to the Appendix for details).
