The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues on the Implementation of "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Medical Devices" and "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Vitro Diagnostic Reagents"

The China Food and Drug Administration issued on 4 November 2015 a notice concerning issues on the implementation of the "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Medical Devices" and the "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Vitro Diagnostic Reagents". Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.Please refer to CIC No. 717/2014 dated 6 August 2014 and CIC No. 718/2014 dated 6 August 2014 for details of the "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Medical Devices" and the "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Vitro Diagnostic Reagents" respectively.
