The Mainland of China : "Notice on Implementation of the System for Supervision and Approval Related to Environmental Protection to Support the Commerce Registration System Reform" of Shenzhen

The Human Settlements & Environment Commission of Shenzhen Municipality (SZHSEC) promulgated on 11 December 2014 the notice on implementation of the system for supervision and approval related to environmental protection to support the commerce registration system reform, which took effect from 1 January 2015 for 5 years. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
