The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Use of Food Operation Licence

The China Food and Drug Administration issued on 30 September 2015 a notice concerning the use of food operation licence, which took effect on 1 October 2015. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.Please refer to CIC No. 302/2015 dated 29 April 2015 and CIC No. 872/2015 dated 2 September 2015 for details of the "Amended 'Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Safety'" and the "Administrative Measures on Food Operation Licence" respectively.
