The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on "Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics (Consultation Draft)"

The China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) is seeking public comments on the "Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics (Consultation Draft)". The deadline for submission of comments is 24 November 2014. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only). The consultation draft (available in Chinese only) can be downloaded from the following website: http://www.cfda.gov.cn/WS01/CL0781/108920.html. Interested parties may send their comments through post, e-mail or fax (please refer to the  Appendix for details) to CFDA.
