The Mainland of China : "Regulation of Jiangsu Province on the Protection and Encouragement of Investments from Hong Kong and Macao Compatriots"
The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of Jiangsu Province (JSNPCSC) issued a notice on 26 September 2014 to promulgate the "Regulation of Jiangsu Province on the Protection and Encouragement of Investments from Hong Kong and Macao Compatriots", which will take effect on 1 December 2014. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice.
