India : Final Findings on the First Sunset Review of the Anti-Dumping Investigation on Imports of Digital Versatile Discs-Recordable of all kinds (DVD-R and DVD-RW) originating in or exported from the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Chinese Taipei
Traders were informed through Commercial Information Circular Nos. 445/2007, 394/2008 and 24/2009 on the initiation of the anti-dumping investigation, the preliminary findings and the final findings of the anti-dumping investigations involving imports of Digital Versatile Discs-Recordable of all kinds (DVD-R and DVD-RW) originating in or exported from the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Chinese Taipei.
DETAILS
2.India has issued the Final Findings of the First Sunset Review of the case, in which it has recommended continued imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty on the imports of DVD-Rs originating in or exported from the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Chinese Taipei.
