The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues on the Tax Rebate (Exemption) for Exports of Containers by Enterprises
The State Administration of Taxation (SAT) issued on 21 October 2014 a notice concerning issues on the tax rebate (exemption) for exports of containers by enterprises. The above-mentioned notice is applicable to containers that are exported in 2014 and beyond. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
