Commercial Information Circular No. 930/2014

The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Interim Measures on Consecutive Daily Fines for Environmental Protection" (Consultation Draft), the "Interim Measures on Implementation of the Sealing up and Distrain for Environmental Protection" (Consultation Draft), the "Interim Measures on Restriction and Suspension of Production for Regularization for Environmental Protection" (Consultation Draft) and the "Interim Measures on Publicizing Environmental Information of Enterprises and Institutions" (Consultation Draft)

The Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China (MEP) is seeking public comments on the captioned four interim measures. The deadline for submission of comments is 26 October 2014. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the four consultation drafts. Interested parties may send their comments through e-mail (email address: hj66556472@126.com) to MEP.
