The Mainland of China : Measures for the Supervision and Administration on Classification and Grading of Medical Device Production Enterprises

The China Food and Drug Administration promulgated on 30 September 2014 the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration on Classification and Grading of Medical Device Production Enterprises", which took effect on the date of promulgation. Full text (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.

2.Please refer to CIC No. 287/2014 dated 1 April 2014 and CIC No. 720/2014 dated 6 August 2014 for details of the "Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices" and "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Production of Medical Devices" respectively.
