The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Measures for Administration of Approval and Filing of Foreign Investment Projects (Consultation Draft)"

The National Development and Reform Commission has recently revised the "Provisional Measures for Administration of Examination and Approval of Foreign Investment Projects" to formulate the "Measures for Administration of Approval and Filing of Foreign Investment Projects (Consultation Draft)" and is seeking public comments until 23 February 2014. Interested parties may send their comments by logging in the website of the National Development and Reform Commission (http://www.ndrc.gov.cn). A copy of the notice inviting public comments is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
