The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polyvinyl Chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 63/2014 on 28 September 2014, announcing the review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyvinyl chloride from the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, and the Taiwan Province.
2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of MOC to participate in the review of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 28 September 2014).
3.The notice can be downloaded from the MOC's website at: http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/article/difang/fujian/201409/20140900749273.shtml (Chinese version only). For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping investigation, please refer to CIC No. 249/2003 dated 2 October 2003.
