The State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued on 25 September 2014 an explanatory note concerning the public consultation on opinions for reform of items of industrial and commercial registration subject to pre-examination and approval to seek comments on some of the items. The deadline is 31 October 2014. A copy of the explanatory note is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
