The Mainland of China : "Certain Measures on the Promotion of Fully Regulating and Guiding the Exit of Enterprises with High Consumption of Energy, Heavy Pollution and Low Technology in the Economic Development Zone with Water Township Characteristics of Dongguan"
The General Office of the Dongguan Municipal People's Government issued a notice on 18 September 2014 to promulgate the "Certain Measures on the Promotion of Fully Regulating and Guiding the Exit of Enterprises with High Consumption of Energy, Heavy Pollution and Low Technology in the Economic Development Zone with Water Township Characteristics of Dongguan". A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
