The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Implementation Measures on the Administration of Labour and Personnel Disputes of Guangdong Province" (Consultation Outline)

The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guangdong Province is planning to draft the "Implementation Measures on the Administration of Labour and Personnel Disputes of Guangdong Province" (Revision Draft), and is seeking public comments on (Consultation Outline) of the Measures. The deadline is 15 October 2014.  A copy of the outline is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
