Commercial Information Circular No. 835/2014

The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on Guiding Documents Including the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Using Public Credit Information in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Consultation Draft)"

The China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration is seeking comments from the public on the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Using Public Credit Information in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Consultation Draft)", the "Implementation Rules on the Administration of Enquiries Handled by the Pilot Free Trade Zone Sub-platform of the Public Credit Information Service Platform of the Shanghai Municipality (Interim) (Consultation Draft)" and the "Implementation Rules on Handling Disagreements by the Pilot Free Trade Zone Sub-platform of the Public Credit Information Service Platform of the Shanghai Municipality (Interim) (Consultation Draft)". The deadline for consultation is 29 September 2014. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
