Commercial Information Circular No. 69/2014

The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Labour-intensive Small and Medium Enterprises

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Minsitry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the China Banking Regulatory Commission jointly issued on 31 December 2013 a notice concerning guiding opinions on promoting the healthy development of labour-intensive small and medium enterprises.  A copy of the guiding opinions (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.    

2.Please refer to CIC No. 326/2012 dated 4 May 2012 for details of the "Opinion on Further Supporting the Healthy Development of Small and Micro Enterprises".
