The Shenzhen Municipal People's Government issued a notice on 12 June 2014 to promulgate the "Certain Measures on Promoting Stable Growth of Foreign Trade and Enhancing Quality of Shenzhen", which took effect from the date of promulgation for 3 years. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
