The Shanghai Municipal People's Government promulgated on 30 June 2014 the "Special Administrative Measure on the Entry of Foreign Investment into the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Negative List) (2014 Revised)".  A copy of the Negative List (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
