The Qianhai Administration Bureau promulgated on 23 June 2014 the "Administrative Measures on Foreign-invested Enterprises in the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Co-operation Zone in Qianhai, Shenzhen" which took effect on 25 June 2014 for five years.
