The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Implementation Rules on the Compulsory Certification for Child Restraint Systems Used in Motor Vehicles

The Certification and Accreditation Administration promulgated on 30 May 2014 a notice concerning implementation rules on the compulsory certification for child restraint systems used in motor vehicles, which will take effect on 1 September 2014. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.

2.For details of the "Regulations on Certification and Accreditation of the People's Republic of China", please refer to CIC No. 232/2003 dated 15 September 2003. For details of the "Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification", please refer to CIC No. 368/2009 dated 17 July 2009.
