The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Measures for the Implementation of Administration of Enterprise Name Registration (Consultation Draft for Revision)" and "Provisions on the Administration of Business Scope of Enterprises (Consultation Draft for Revision)"
The State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued a notice on 5 June 2014 to seek public comments on the "Measures for the Implementation of Administration of Enterprise Name Registration (Consultation Draft for Revision)" and "Provisions on the Administration of Business Scope of Enterprises (Consultation Draft for Revision)". The deadline is 19 June 2014. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
