The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Implementation Measures on Approving Investment Projects of Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology"

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is now seeking public comments on the "Implementation Measures on Approving Investment Projects of Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Consultation Draft)". The deadline is 26 March 2014. Interested parties may send their comments to the Department of Planning of the MIIT (tel: +86-10-68205117 and +86-10-68205115; email: yangjun1519@miit.gov.cn). A copy of the consultation draft is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
