The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Issues on Value-added Tax Rate Applicable to Agricultural Excavators and Equipment for Chickens and Pigs Farming

The State Administration of Taxation issued on 27 February 2014 a notice concerning value-added tax rate applicable to agricultural excavators and equipment for chickens and pigs farming, which will take effect on 1 April 2014. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
