Commercial Information Circular No. 200/2014

The Mainland of China : Decision to Amend Provisions Including the "Rules for the Implementation of the Administrative Regulations on the Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons of the People's Republic of China", the "Administrative Rules on the Registration of Foreign-Invested Partnership Enterprises", the "Administrative Measures on the Registration of Sole Proprietorship Enterprises" and the "Administrative Measures on the Registration of Individually Owned Store" of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce promulgated on 20 February 2014 the decision to amend provisions including the "Rules for the Implementation of the Administrative Regulations on the Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons of the People's Republic of China", the "Administrative Rules on the Registration of Foreign-Invested Partnership Enterprises", the "Administrative Measures on the Registration of Sole Proprietorship Enterprises" and the "Administrative Measures on the Registration of Individually Owned Store", which took effect on 1 March 2014. A copy of the decision is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
