The Mainland of China : "Implementation Measures on Reform of Industrial and Commercial Registration System of the Guangdong Province Administration for Industry and Commerce (Interim)"

The Guangdong Province Administration for Industry and Commerce promulgated on 27 February 2014 the "Implementation Measures on Reform of Industrial and Commercial Registration System of the Guangdong Province Administration for Industry and Commerce (Interim)", which will take effect on 1 March 2014.  A copy of the measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
