The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on Proposed Amendments to the "Law on Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises"
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is seeking comments from the public on proposed amendments to the "Law on Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises". The deadline for consultation is 25 March 2014. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. The questionnaire for proposed amendments (available in Chinese only) can be downloaded from the following website:
