The People's Government of Guangdong Province promulgated on 4 December 2013 the "Adjustments by the Guangdong Province to the Catalogue on the Implementation of Items of Provincial Level Authority by the Shenzhen Qianhai Administration Bureau (First Batch)", which took effect on the date of promulgation.
