The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on Five Drafts Including Guidelines for Assessment on Quality of Conformance for Generic Drugs

The China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) is seeking comments from the public on five drafts including guidelines for assessment on quality of conformance for generic drugs. The deadline for consultation is 31 March 2014. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format).

2.Interested parties may download the relevant information from the website of the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control (NIFDC) at www.nifdc.org.cn/fzy and send their comments to the NIFDC.

3.The "Work Plan on Assessment on Quality of Conformance for Generic Drugs" is available at the website of the CFDA at http://www.sda.gov.cn/WS01/CL1236/78516.html.
