The Mainland of China : "Interim Measures on Administration of Carbon Emission of the Guangdong Province"

The Guangdong Provincial People's Government promulgated on 15 January 2014 the "Interim Measures on Administration of Carbon Emission of the Guangdong Province", which will take effect on 1 March 2014.  A copy of the measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
