Dear Sirs,

Commercial Information Circular No. 1021/2014

The Mainland of China : Termination of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Toluene Diisocyanate from Japan, the Republic of Korea, and the United States

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOC) announced on 20 May 2014 that the anti-dumping measures against imports of toluene diisocyanate from Japan, the Republic of Korea and the United States would expire on 20 November 2014. Since no application with sufficient evidence for a review has been submitted by domestic enterprises or their representatives within 60 days before the expiry date of the anti-dumping measures, and the MOC has considered not to initiate a review, MOC issued Notice No. 73/2014 on 20 November 2014 announcing that the anti-dumping measures against imports of toluene diisocyanate from Japan, the Republic of Korea and the United States would be terminated with effect from 21 November 2014.

2.For details of the final ruling and the ruling of the final review of the subject anti-dumping case, please refer to CIC Nos. 287/2003 and 590/2009 dated 25 November 2003 and 21 November 2009 respectively.
