Commercial Information Circular No. 6/2014

The Mainland of China : Notice on Promulgating the Amendments to Six Emission Standards of Pollutants including "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Aluminium Industry"

The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a notice on 27 December 2013 to promulgate the amendments to "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Aluminium Industry", "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry", "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Copper, Nickel and Cobalt Industry", "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Magnesium and Titanium Industry", "Emission Standards of Pollutants from Rare Earths Industry" and "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Vanadium Industry", which took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
