The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning "Regulations on Application and Processing of New Raw Materials of Food" and "Guidelines on Safety Assessment for New Raw Materials of Food"
The National Health and Family Planning Commission issued a notice on 15 October 2013 to promulgate the "Regulations on Application and Processing of New Raw Materials of Food" and "Guidelines on Safety Assessment for New Raw Materials of Food", which took effect on the date of promulgation. A copy of the notice (available in Chinese only) is at Appendix (pdf format).
2.Please refer to CIC No. 568/2013 dated 16 July 2013 for details of the "Administrative Measures on Safety Assessment for New Raw Materials of Food".
