The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Pyridine from India and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 73/2013 on 20 November 2013, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of pyridine from Indian and Japan. The relevant tariff code is 2933 3100.

DETAILS

2.The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of pyridine from India and Japan, and that such dumping had caused threat of material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 24.6% to 57.4% on imports of pyridine from India and Japan. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 21 November 2013.
