The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) promulgated on 30 September 2013 the "Administrative Measures on Entry Notice for Foundry Industry", which will take effect on 1 November 2013. A copy of the Conditions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
