The National Development and Reform Commission has recently promulgated the "Explanatory Note on Deferring the Implementation of the Provision of Eliminating Gold Electroplating Technology Using Gold Potassium Cyanide and Gold Plating Technology Using Gold Potassium Subcyanide by End-2014".
