Commercial Information Circular No. 754/2013

The Mainland of China : Extension of Anti-Dumping Investigation Against Imports of Pyridine from India and Japan

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) initiated an anti-dumping investigation against imports of pyridine from India and Japan on 21 September 2012. The relevant tariff code is 2933 3100. Details of the case were set out in CIC No. 774/2012 dated 26 September 2012.

DETAILS

2.The Ministry of Commerce announced in its Notice No. 62/2013 dated 16 September 2013 the decision to extend the investigation period for the case by 2 months to 21 November 2013. For details, please make reference to MOC's notice at:
