The Mainland of China : "Action Plan on Responding to Climate Change for the Industrial Field (2012-2020)"

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance have recently issued a notice to promulgate the "Action Plan on Responding to Climate Change for the Industrial Field (2012-2020)". A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
