The Mainland of China : "Anti-dumping Investigation against Imports of Tertiary Butylhydroquinone from India"

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 57/2013 on 22 August 2013 to announce the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of tertiary butylhydroquinone from India.  The relevant tariff codes are 2907 2210, 2907 2290 and 2907 2990, under which commodities other than tertiary butylhydroquinone are not covered in this investigation.

DETAILS

2. For anti-dumping investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports to participate in the defence of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 22 August 2013).  In the application, interested parties should submit information about the quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013.  For industry injury investigation, interested parties may approach the Bureau of Industry Injury Investigation to participate in the investigation within 20 days from the date of the announcement.  In the application, interested parties should submit information about their manufacturing capacity, production volume, inventory level and details of any expansion plans, as well as quantity and value of the investigated products exported to the Mainland during 1 January 2010 - 31 March 2013.  The contact details of the two Bureaux are as follows:
