Commercial Information Circular No. 667/2013

The Mainland of China : Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Terephthalic Acid from the Republic of Korea

In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of terephthalic acid from the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 52/2013 on 6 August 2013, announcing that Lotte Chemical Corporation would inherit the anti-dumping duty of 2% and other rights and obligations in the anti-dumping measures against terephthalic acid from KP Chemical Corporation with effect from 8 August 2013.
